For our Greenville neighbors
We’re a local parking technology company built for property owners who want simpler operations, better visibility, and more control - without turning parking into a full-time job.
Built here.
For here.
If you’ve walked through Falls Park on The Reedy, biked the Swamp Rabbit Trail, or sat in traffic before a show at the Bi-Lo Center (yes, we know it’s now the Bon Secours Arena, but to us locals it’ll always be the Bi-Lo Center), you already know how much well-run parking matters.
Exige was built in Greenville for property owners who manage real spaces: lots and garages that serve real people, businesses, and events. We didn’t start with big ideas about “optimizing parking.” We started by listening to local owners who wanted parking to work smoothly without becoming a second job.
That perspective still guides everything we build.
Why We Built Exige
Exige exists because managing parking usually means managing far more than just spaces.
When property owners and managers handle parking themselves, they’re also dealing with transactions, enforcement decisions, maintenance issues, insurance questions, reporting, and tax obligations - often on top of everything else their property requires. Most take this on not because they want to, but because the alternatives feel complicated, expensive, or out of touch.
We built Exige to change that.
Our goal is to take the operational weight off your plate while keeping control where it belongs: with you. Parking should run smoothly in the background, not demand constant attention or become a second job.
What We Do Differently
We don’t believe there’s one right way to run parking.
Every property is different, and what works for one owner might not make sense for another.
That’s why Exige is modular and flexible.
Some owners use us to simplify payments. Others want help with enforcement, visibility, or reporting. Many start small and add more only if it’s useful.
We don’t take over your operation or lock you into a system you don’t need.
You decide what to use, how visible it is, and how involved you want to be. Our job is to make parking easier - not louder or more complicated.
We don’t believe better parking requires bigger systems - just smarter ones.
Your operation, your decisions.
We know one of the biggest concerns around parking systems is what comes with them: more reporting, more visibility, and more obligations.
That’s why Exige is designed to put owners in the driver’s seat.
You decide how rates are set, how payments are handled, what’s tracked, and how involved you want to be day to day.
Nothing is forced. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
Our role is to support your operation, not change it in ways that don’t make sense for you.
A few things to be clear about:
We think it’s just as important to be clear about what we don’t do.
Exige isn’t a third-party operator taking over your lot.
We don’t force rate changes, lock you into long contracts, or push you toward systems you don’t want or need.
We’re here to support how you already operate - to reduce daily friction, simplify the work, and step in only where it actually helps.
Let’s talk.
If you manage parking in Greenville, I’d genuinely like to talk.
Whether you’re handling everything yourself or already using tools, I’m always interested in how local properties work - and where things feel heavier than they should.
No pressure, no pitch deck. Just a conversation about what you’re dealing with and whether there’s a way I can help make parking simpler.
